LATE check out after 6.00pm – ONE DAY charge

Kindly make half payment for the reservation. You may pay us in cash to do immediate booking during house viewing or bank in to account below after the viewing. Confirmation prior to first come first serve basis. Balance of the payment must be clear when collect the key.

Rules and Regulations:
(1) This house is for residence purpose only. Guests are not allowed to do anything which may become a nuisance or cause damage or inconvenience to the Landlord or NEIGHBOURS. (Please be quiet after 10:00pm, or you may need to be responsible to neighbours’ complaints)

(2) Kepong Guest House reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove house items and rates described in this Site at any time and without prior notice or liability. Please check periodically for the changes.

(3) Without permission, guests are not allowed to move the furniture.

(4) A receipt will be issued to the guest who has successfully completed their booking process.

(5) Only genuine guest is welcome.
